  • Midweek Classes Continue – Is Mars Hill your church? The Gospel class is designed as the next point of connection beyond Sunday services for those who are considering Mars Hill to be their church home.   • Are you a leader interested in growing in biblical leadership? Sign up for our Winter “Leaders who Last” class beginning Jan. 9th to Mar. 19th.

  • Monday, January 28th, 2008 Making the Band: Winter “08 – The worship department is calling all those interested in being band leaders and musicians for the purposes of broadening our reach in the church and calling leaders to step up out of the woodwork.   • Resurgence National Conference: Text & Context -Monday – Wednesday, February 25-27 – Resurgence and Acts 29 are excited to host a premiere conference on preaching. This conference will take a hard look at the text and context both in the word of God and in the world today. We said last week that the atonement doctrines of ransom and redemption are interlinked. This week I will cover redemption. So what is redemption? Deliverance upon payment of ransom. What is the deliverance? Freedom from sin. What is the payment of ransom? His blood.
