On Sunday March 9th, 2008 we had the privilege of seeing a number of families dedicate their children to the Lord at both services. At Mars Hill we believe in baby dedications as a public showing that parents are dedicating the raising of their children to the Lord. Parents commit to live their lives by the grace of God in such a way as to be a positive example as a follower of Jesus so your children will find it easy to follow you as you follow Jesus, and that you will not be a stumbling block to your children’s saving faith in Jesus.

Malachi 2:15 says “And what was the one God seeking? Godly offspring. So guard yourselves in spirit, and let none of you be faithless to the wife of your youth.”
