2009 Men’s Advance – “Dying to Live” | June 5-7th Men don’t retreat. They advance. It’s not too late to sign up to advance into the woods of Lake Retreat with the men of West Seattle, to dig deep and explore the theme of “Dying to Live” with our pastors. Become A Member Day | June 27th, 8:30am-12:30pm

Interested in starting or finishing the member process? In one day, you can hear the West Seattle pastors preach through the MH doctrine series, find a community group, and sign up for a membership interview.

Prayers this week:

• Give thanks for all that God is doing in West Seattle. Pray that people would get plugged in to community.
• Pray that many men would attend the Men’s Advance next week.
• Pray for the non-believers who heard the Gospel proclaimed on Sunday that they would hear the truth.
• Pray for the community groups that people would get a theology of place and mission. Pray against the selfishness and passiveness of man that prevents true Gospel community from being formed.
• Pray that the church would invite non-believers to the Church.
• Pray for the Trial series that many non-believers would come to know Jesus both at the Campuses and on-line.
• Pray for the campaign to raise Campus Pastors and Church Planters that 900 faithful and called men would step up.
• Pray for those who are worshiping money rather than Jesus. Pray the people would understand the deep riches of the Gospel and would desire to give out of that understanding.
