The purpose of the Launch Team Training is to recruit, train, and deploy called and biblically qualified followers of Jesus to lead the mission of our “city” within the city. These are volunteers who are committed to living for Jesus and desire to serve in the launch of the new Mars Hill Church campus in Federal Way in any capacity. These are volunteers who are committed to walking in community until the launch of Federal Way campus together in order to be prepared, equipped and propelled to fulfill God’s calling on their lives. Our desire is to see lives changed by Jesus, the church established, and the Kingdom take root in the greater Federal Way area and abroad. This training begins in June 2009 and will include study of God’s word, leadership training, service, accountability, encouragement, prayer and sharpening.
