In the early development of the church, it became clear that people were needed to ’serve tables’ or help with the church’s practical affairs. In Acts 6, we see that seven men were brought in to deal responsibly with a multi-faceted problem involving serving others, fair handling and equitable distribution of resources, prejudice and more. Romans 12 and I Corinthians 12 define the church as one body with many parts, each belonging to one another. A healthy church body is filled with many members who serve faithfully. Parking Team

The Parking Team exists to show the love of Jesus to our local community during Sunday services by helping visitors of MHC West Seattle to park in our designated parking spaces instead of in and around neighborhood streets. For more info, please email timv@marshillchurch.org.

The Breakfast Club

Waiting to get plugged into a service team at MHC? Consider serving at the West Seattle Campus on Saturday mornings at 9am when we gather for Bible study, prayer, great food and to spend time preparing the Campus for the upcoming Sunday service. If you’d like to get involved, simply show up on next Saturday or email timv@marshillchurch.org.

Children’s Ministry

Of those that attend the Ballard Campus, around 8% are children under the age of 9. In West Seattle, that number is 20% which means our Children’s Ministry team needs more volunteers! Production Team

Mars Hill Church’s worship services would not be what they are without dedicated people who offer up their skills in production. There are many opportunities for you to help with sound, lighting, and/or power point. Experience is not necessarily needed, but you must have a humble heart and be teachable. Financial Stewards

Mars Hill Youth

The mission of Mars Hill Youth is to live for Jesus in ways which are consistent with the Bible and the teachings of the church and relevant to the culture of senior and junior high school students. Our staff serve and love them through biblical community, teaching, worship, and contemporary programming with the goal to encourage God as the center of everything, resulting in lasting transformation of themselves and those they influence.
